Cancellation, No-Refund & AML Policy

1. Overview & Regulatory Objective

EFCHAMPS ("efChamps", "we", "our") provides closed-loop digital escrow services for verified eFootball division rank boosting, verified game accounts, and competitive cash prize tournaments.

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT), and digital fraud prevention standards, EFCHAMPS maintains a strict, legally binding NO-REFUND POLICY for all completed wallet deposits, service stakes, and marketplace escrow transactions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the real-time nature of digital game services and digital account credentials, cancellation rights are strictly defined by order status:

• Wallet Deposits: Once successfully processed by the payment gateway, wallet deposits cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded back to the originating bank card or bank account under any circumstances.
• Pre-Fulfillment Orders: Buyers may cancel a rank boosting job or account purchase prior to seller acceptance or credential exchange. Upon valid pre-fulfillment cancellation, 100% of the locked escrow funds are returned immediately to the customer's internal EFCHAMPS wallet balance.
• Active / In-Progress Orders: Once a ranker begins a boost or once account credentials have been shared in the encrypted order chat, the order cannot be unilaterally cancelled. If a service issue arises, the order enters dispute arbitration where evidence is reviewed.
• Tournament Entries: Cup registrations can be cancelled freely until the bracket fills. Once all slots are occupied and match fixtures are drawn, entry stakes are locked into the prize pool and cannot be cancelled.

3. Digital Wallet Credits & Immediate Fulfillment

All funds loaded via our certified payment processors (including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and digital gateways) are provisioned immediately as digital escrow credits within the user's authenticated platform wallet.

By initiating and completing a wallet deposit, the customer explicitly authorizes immediate digital crediting and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal or card reversal is forfeited once digital credits are made available on the platform.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention

EFCHAMPS is a digital gaming marketplace and competitive eSports circuit, not a deposit-taking banking institution or money remittance service. To prevent illegal card-testing, financial layering, cash-out arbitrage, and unlicensed money transfer:

• No Direct Payment Reversals: Under no circumstances will wallet deposits be refunded or redirected back to credit cards, original bank accounts, or third parties outside our documented escrow resolution system.
• Closed-Loop Marketplace Allocation: Deposited funds can only be allocated toward verified marketplace account purchases, verified ranker boost packages, or official tournament entry fees.
• Dispute & Order Cancellations: If a seller or pro ranker fails to deliver the contracted service, locked escrow funds are credited back to the buyer's internal EFCHAMPS wallet balance as store credit, which may be reused on the platform or withdrawn according to our verified KYC guidelines (NIN and BVN compliance).

5. Unilateral Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud

Initiating a payment chargeback or banking dispute without first engaging the EFCHAMPS internal dispute arbitration team constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service.

In the event of an unverified chargeback:

• The user's EFCHAMPS account, wallet balance, and active escrow contracts will be immediately suspended.
• The customer's identity records, IP login timestamps, device fingerprints, and verified account information will be submitted to acquiring banks, payment processors, and anti-fraud bureaus as evidence of authorized digital consumption.
• EFCHAMPS reserves the right to pursue civil recovery or report deliberate chargeback fraud to law enforcement authorities.
