1. Platform Purpose & Role
efChamps is a neutral peer-to-peer digital marketplace providing secure escrow services for verified eFootball division rank boosting and verified squad account transfers. efChamps operates independently and is not affiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment.
2. Escrow Protection Mechanism
All buyer payments are retained in an encrypted, non-custodial digital escrow buffer until the purchased service milestone is verified or account credentials handover is completed. Rankers and sellers do not receive funds until the buyer approves delivery or our 48-hour auto-release window closes without dispute.
3. Minimum Wallet Funding
The minimum deposit threshold on efChamps is ₦1,000 (One Thousand Naira). All payment transfers are processed in real-time through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.
4. Account Handover & Safety Guarantees
Marketplace accounts are reviewed for legitimacy prior to listing. Buyers must follow the 4-step handover checklist, update recovery emails, and bind their two-factor authentication upon receipt.
5. No-Refund & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
To prevent financial crime, card testing, and money laundering, EFCHAMPS enforces a strict closed-loop No-Refund Policy on all wallet top-ups and escrow deposits. Completed deposits are non-refundable to original payment cards or external accounts. In the event of cancelled orders, funds are refunded to the user's internal EFCHAMPS platform balance.
